Donald Trump told everyone on Thursday that Dobbs had died, just hours before he was supposed to give his acceptance speech on the last night of the Republican National Convention.“Lou Dobbs, the Great, has died,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“A friend, and a truly amazing reporter, journalist, and artist.” He knew more than most about the world and what was “happening.”
Lou was unusual in many ways, and he loved his country. We’re sorry for his family and his wonderful wife, Debi. He will be missed a lot.
